This new end-to-end single-cell DNA sequencing workflow on the Tapestri Platform includes nuclei isolation prep protocol, pre-designed research panels for breast cancer and glioblastoma multiforme, and an improved single-cell copy number variation (CNV) bioinformatic analysis tool.
